About booking

Where do I collect the keys to the accommodation?

The keys are collected directly from the house. We will be there to receive you and hand it over to you.

Can I change the date of my reservation?

No, but you can write to us at reserves@calanena.com to try to find a solution.

What happens if I cancel the reservation?

If the cancellation of the reservation occurs before 8 weeks from the date of arrival, Ca la Nena has the right to claim the entire amount of the reservation as well as if payment is not made.

The date that will be considered as the cancellation date will be the date on which the email is received.

The amount of 30% of the reservation will not be returned.

The deposit will be returned in full in the event of cancellation.

When do we have to hand over the deposit and when is it returned?

The deposit (of €1,500) must be made with the last payment, 8 weeks before arrival.

It will be returned 48 hours after departure by bank transfer and once the condition of the house has been checked.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time at the house is from 5pm; the departure time – check out – is until 11 am.

Can I book just one room?

No. The reservation is vonly for the entire house.

Can we receive visitors to the house during the stay?

Yes, as long as the maximum number of the house’s capacity (15 people) is not exceeded

How should the payment for the reservation be made?

The payment for the reservation is going to be through bank transfer with the terms that will be indicated, credit card is not going to be accepted.

About the house

How many people can stay in the house?

The house has a capacity of 14 people spread over 7 rooms. However, a place can be added to the Suite. Therefore the capacity is 14+1.

Can I leave my luggage at the accommodation before check-in? And after checking out?

Before checking in, you can leave your luggage at the house. After check out it must be checked.

Do you have sheets and towels?

Yes. Bed linen and towels are provided in the rooms. You will find all the information about what each space includes here:

Are pets allowed in the house?

No. Pets are not allowed in Ca la Nena.

Does the house have WiFi?

Yes, it has WiFi

Is there parking?

Yes, the house has a covered garage that can accommodate up to 20 cars.

Is there heating? And air conditioning?

Yes, the house is equipped with heating and fireplaces for the winter, as well as air conditioning for the summer.

Are there cots and highchairs in the house?

Yes, we have both.

Do you have bike rentals?

No, but here you can check the nearest bike rental places.

Can bikes be stored inside the house or is there a place to store them?

No, bicycles cannot be stored inside the house, but we have a garage where they can fit and be safe while you are not in the house.

Do you have a bike repair kit?

No.
