Condicions de reserva

Dipòsit 30% no reemborsable.

El pagament restant es farà 8 setmanes abans de l’arribada.

Imprescindible el pagament complet de la reserva dins dels 30 dies posteriors a la data de la reserva.

Fiança de 1.500€ per pagar amb el darrer pagament 8 setmanes abans de l’arribada. Aquesta quantitat es tornarà a les 48 hores posteriors a la sortida per transferència bancària i un cop comprovat l’estat de la casa.

No n’hi ha cap càrrec per a la neteja final de la casa.

La propietat és per a no fumadors.

El client és el responsable en tot moment de mantenir la casa en bon estat i condicions així com qualsevol ruptura, dany, pèrdua causada a la propietat per part del client o per algun dels seus acompanyants.

Política de cancel·lació

Si es cancel·la l’estada cal posar-se en contacte amb Ca la Nena per escrit com més aviat millor a la nostra adreça electrònica: info@calanena.com.

La data que es considerarà com a data de cancel·lació serà la data en què es rebi el correu electrònic.

La quantitat del 30% de la reserva no serà retornada.

Si la cancel·lació de la reserva es produeix abans de 8 setmanes de la data d’arribada, Ca la Nena té dret a reclamar tot l’import de la reserva així com també si no es produeix el pagament.

La fiança serà tornada íntegrament en el cas de cancel·lació.

Es pot entrar a la casa a partir de les 16h. Si el Client necessita alguna cosa especial referent a l’hora d’arribada, és necessari que es posi en contacte amb nosaltres.

La sortida de la casa és a les 10h.

Booking conditions

30% non-refundable deposit.

The remaining payment will be made 8 weeks before arrival.

Full payment of the reservation within 30 days of the reservation date is essential.

Deposit of €1,500 to be paid with the last payment 8 weeks before arrival. This amount will be returned 48 hours after departure by bank transfer and once the condition of the house has been checked.

There is no charge for the final cleaning of the house.

The property is non-smoking.

The customer is responsible at all times for keeping the house in good condition and condition as well as any breakage, damage or loss caused to the property by the customer or any of his companions.

Cancellation policy

If the stay is cancelled, you must contact Ca la Nena in writing as soon as possible to our email address: info@calanena.com and reserves@calanena.com

The date that will be considered as the cancellation date will be the date on which the email is received.

The amount of 30% of the reservation will not be returned.

If the cancellation of the reservation occurs before 8 weeks from the date of arrival, Ca la Nena has the right to claim the entire amount of the reservation as well as if payment is not made.

The deposit will be returned in full in the event of cancellation.
